NULC follows its mission to enhance students and staff’s foreign language proficiency. This will serve the Community and the University’s need to use language as a tool to seek knowledge and develop careers.           NULC emphasizes developing the student’s, staff’s and community’s foreign language proficiency to be equal to the international standards. Also, NULC is the English language proficiency test center.
